We are a small team, not a large support department. Every email is read and replied to by a real person who works on the tool. We do not use auto-responders for anything beyond a basic acknowledgement.
Our typical response time is under 48 hours, though during busy periods it may take a little longer. We do not work weekends as a rule, so emails sent on Friday afternoon may not receive a reply until Monday.
We will always give you a straight answer. If we do not know something, we will tell you. If a hardware score in our database is genuinely wrong, we will fix it and let you know when the update is live.
What We Cannot Help With
A few things are outside the scope of what we can assist with:
- Specific game settings recommendations — we cover general bottleneck analysis, not per-game optimisation guides.
- Overclocking guidance — this varies enormously by motherboard, cooler, and chip silicon quality. We can point you to reliable community resources.
- Warranty or RMA issues — for faulty hardware, contact the manufacturer directly.
- Real-time PC diagnostics — our tool analyses the CPU/GPU pairing, not live system health. For diagnostics, tools like HWiNFO64, CPU-Z, and GPU-Z are a good starting point.
